For our client - leading IT company, we are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic professional, to provide administrative assistance on the position of
Administrative Coordinator
Your main activities will include:
Coordinating the entire working process in order to meet requested deadlines
Providing administrative and technical support
being in charge of project management coordination
Managing business correspondence
Preparing and processing accounting documentation, invoicing, monthly figures calculation
Communicating actively in English with clients and company's offices abroad
Your profile:
Motivated and proactive professional with some administrative background
Bachelor degree or last year student - major Accounting, Finances
Strong communication abilities and attention to detail approach
Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel
Advanced English language skills
German as a second language will be considered as an advantage
Opportunity to work either part-time or full time.
