Изисквания: We are currently looking for Technical Support Analyst with German Language to be involved in a project for International Company.

We expect:

Fluency in German language
Good Knowledge of English language
Able to work in a multinational environment
Basic IT knowledge
Being consistent and focused
Excellent communication skills

Your duties include:

First point of contact in answer incoming customer calls, e-mails, chat
Identifying and resolving Customers’ issues, opening requests.
Receiving and logging customer issues or requests and ensuring proper documentation
Performing customer request/problem identification and following defined procedures to resolve correctly
Documenting troubleshooting steps and customer information when required, notifying responsible resolving team
