Our client - an internationally recognized BPO company is looking for:

Customer Support Consultant with fluent French or German or Spanish

You are our best candidate, if you have:

- Excellent knowledge of French, German or Spanish languages;
- Very good level of English;
- Tasks prioritization and team-work orientation;
- Excellent organization and communication skills;

Your role will be:

- Lead communication with customers via chat and e-mail;
- Cope up with incoming queries through ticket-based system;
- Providing of accurate and up to date information to the clients’ requests;
- Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction;
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support.
