For a client of ours, situated in the Iliyantsy Industrial Zone, we are looking to recruit a professional on the position Office Assistant

Responsibilities:

• General office administration: organizing, scheduling, filing, and stocking/restocking of supplies;
• Coordinate and organize business travels;
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence;
• Greet guests to office;
• Answer phones calls;
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• University Degree;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• At least one year experience on a similar position in international company;
• Must be able to adhere to deadlines and perform high quality work under general supervision;
• Excellent organizational and calendar management skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office products;
• Advanced English is a must.
